Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot offer refunds once an order has been fulfilled unless there is a printing error. Because these items cannot be resold once used, all sales are final upon delivery.

You may request a refund if your order has not yet shipped, or if a porch pickup remains uncollected within 7 days of the order date. If a return is authorized under special circumstances, the item must be returned in its original, unused condition to be eligible for a refund.
